Our
Story

Raider Dad was created to help fill seats with children who may not otherwise experience a Raiders game. Fans had questioned what season tickets holders could do with unused tickets instead of leaving the seats empty. Founder of Raider Dad collected tickets with the hopes to gift tickets to families who had never experienced a Raiders game. Jay's Gourmet helped organize a tailgate to help create the memories for families. In less than a month, 52 children were invited to a preseason game that created the mission of Raider Dad.

Each season Raider Dad invites hundreds of kids to Raider experiences and games. A number of events are hosted each year to create a memory and decrease costs for families attending a Raiders game. Las Vegas is an expensive city to begin with and that is no different when it pertains to sporting events. For an experience, most people focus on the cost a ticket, but it's whole experience that makes attending sporting events challenging for families when you factor in parking, food and beverage, and merchandise.

Our Mission

Our Vision

Our mission is to provide and create unique experiences that lead and inspire hope for youths so that they can reach their full potential.

Our vision is to improve our community by building and creating opportunities for youths to reach their goals and dreams.

Football is more than a sport. It's a culture, a tradition, a family that spans across many generations. Family relationships are built around a sport, a team, or a common interest that kids and their parents can connect through whether it's around the television or at a stadium.

I made a commitment not to the Raiders, but the idea of creating and sharing moments with my own kids using sports. Long before there was Raider Dad, it was my hope that my children and I would share hundreds of moments inside Allegiant Stadium. It was never about VIP experiences or luxury experiences, but it was simply the idea of creating memories that could be left to my family that years down the road when I am no longer with them, the memories will stay them. When they think of Sunday's or football maybe the first thing that will run through their minds is our family tradition of spending football games together.

A lot of fans helped Raider Dad understand that the idea and concept was a part of many other family's traditions and family relationships. There was never an intention of Raider Dad or an organization. but we learned that the mission of Raider Dad could help a lot of families who may not have the opportunity to otherwise to experience a Raiders game without our mission.

I believe my inner-child fuels the mission of Raider Dad. The experiences I had as a child, but also the experiences I could have used as a child. The Raiders fanbase has supported the mission and elevated the experiences to grow to levels I could have never imagined in the very beginning.

Thanks to a passionate and committed fanbase--hundreds of kids are annually granted their wish of experiencing a Raiders game. Years down the road, it is my own hope and everyone who supports the mission that these kids will always remember their first game at Allegiant Stadium or the day they become a Raider fan. We are not concerned that they ever remember Raider Dad, but that they'll pass forward the opportunity that was given to them to the next generation.

Our Trophy Room

Our competitive edge is our commitment to a mission. This is our culture of setting the standard but raising the bar each year. The stats, wins, and achievements: we aren't sure who will remember those highlights. What we do know is families will always remember how we made them feel.
